Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support individuals, couples, and families, incorporating modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating safe spaces for clients to share their experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Actively collaborate with other mental health professionals within our practice to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, offering essential support for clients facing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain precise, confidential documentation of sessions and treatment plans in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) platforms.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills.

• Stay current with the latest research in mental health therapy, continuously improving service delivery for better client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
