As a telehealth provider, you will leverage various digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our clients across different locations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients’ mental health history, presenting challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic interventions, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.

• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans with measurable objectives, consistently reviewing and adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering support and resources to clients in acute distress, while ensuring their immediate safety and long-term well-being.

• Engage clients and their families through educational resources about mental health conditions, coping skills, and community support options to enhance their understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain meticulous and secure records of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Adhere to all standards and state regulations pertaining to the practice of mental health counseling, including confidentiality, informed consent, and professional conduct.
\n
• Exhibit cultural competency, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to enhance treatment efficacy and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting with various mental health issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in addressing concerns such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and adjustment difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent credentials.

• A minimum of three years of experience in providing outpatient therapy services or similar mental health support roles.

• Demonstrated clinical competencies in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and the ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and a sign-on bonus.
