Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, with an emphasis on diagnostic assessments.

• Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting clients in coping with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Lead group therapy sessions for clients, including support and psychoeducational groups focused on shared mental health struggles and recovery strategies.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans for clients, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions based on individual needs.

• Manage crisis situations as they arise, offering immediate support through risk assessments and the coordination of emergency interventions when necessary.

• Continuously develop your professional skills through ongoing training and participation in professional development activities aligned with state licensure requirements.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population comprises diverse individuals facing an array of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients across various backgrounds and life experiences, requiring a nuanced understanding of differential mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, addiction, family dynamics, and co-occurring disorders. Your role is central to helping these individuals regain their balance and navigate their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.

• A valid LMHC license in the state of Washington, meeting all state regulations regarding licensure.

• A minimum of three years of supervised clinical experience, ensuring proficiency through practical, hands-on training.

• Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities, facilitating effective communication and rapport-building with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
