Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, collaborating with peers to formulate pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Facilitate communication between clients, health services, and community resources, ensuring seamless support for each participant.

• Enhance relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and seek new partnerships for funding and resources.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, conferences, and community outreach, to strengthen your expertise and contribute to our mission.

• Serve as a proactive advocate for mental health awareness and resource accessibility within our service communities.

• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, tailored to fulfill organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges, including emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and rehabilitation from acquired brain injuries. You will provide compassionate, individualized care aimed at fostering resilience, independence, and a sense of belonging within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• A current independent LMHC License is mandatory to provide therapeutic services.
