Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents to determine their psychological and emotional needs.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, as well as lead group counseling, focusing on issues such as grief, loss, aging, and life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to devise and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.

• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions for staff and families to promote understanding and strategies for enhancing the emotional well-being of elderly individuals.

• Provide grief and loss counseling to residents and their families, supporting them through end-of-life issues with sensitivity and care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. New hires will also receive a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting exceptional talent.
