This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to deliver essential mental health services from the comfort of your home while remaining connected with our outpatient office in Lowell. Regular working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of elderly clients to identify individual care needs and establish treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions focused on coping strategies for emotional challenges related to aging and major life changes.

• Work in partnership with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique needs of geriatric patients.

• Educate both staff and families about effective strategies to promote emotional well-being and enhance the quality of life for elderly clients.

• Provide grief and loss counseling to clients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of end-of-life issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
