This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver therapeutic services from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns, employing validated screening tools to evaluate psychological, emotional, and social factors that affect mental well-being.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and personal recovery goals, integrating therapeutic modalities that best suit their circumstances.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care that meets the holistic needs of clients.

• Offer guidance and education to clients’ families, promoting healthy understanding and active participation in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation supports continuity of care.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pacific Valley Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
