Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals seeking counseling and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to diverse client issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, creating a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in our records.

Qualifications\n
