Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring high-quality care that is responsive to diverse client backgrounds.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to engage clients effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic client care, fostering open communication and alignment among providers.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, coupled with the potential for bonuses based on performance metrics.
