Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing ongoing support during regular business hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health and addiction-related needs of clients, employing diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individual client goals, ensuring alignment with their personal recovery journeys.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to offer cohesive and effective treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the treatment process clearly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
