Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of clients, including the development of pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as prescribed by the clinical team to assess client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Actively participate in the agency’s licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with state regulations.
\n
• Serve as a proactive liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering a network of support for clients.
\n
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to promote the agency’s mission within the community and uphold contractual standards.
\n
• Build and sustain partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and discover potential alliances for funding and resources.

• Engage in professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and meetings, while representing Wickersley Care Group within relevant networks.

• Promote the agency’s mission, values, and principles within all facets of work and client interaction.

• Perform additional duties as requested by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from those experiencing general mental health issues to individuals facing substance use challenges and developmental disabilities. The goal is to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care that addresses the specific conditions and life situations of each client, fostering a pathway to recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state of Florida.
