Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to delve into clients' psychological histories, identifying their unique mental health needs, obstacles, and aspirations.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored for clients across all age groups, addressing an array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align client goals with appropriate therapeutic interventions, continuously adapting these plans based on progress and emerging needs.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they feel safe and understood during distressing times.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, teaching effective coping strategies and connecting them to community resources that enhance their support systems.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other documentation, adhering to both legal and ethical standards to ensure privacy and trust.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and demonstrate professionalism in all client interactions, fostering an environment of respect and confidentiality.

• Show cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse clientele, recognizing and accommodating the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

• Cooperate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care to clients and ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
