Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements that prioritize both the therapist's and patients' needs. Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While the core hours are set, some flexibility may be required to ensure we are available for our patients at times that suit their schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments for a diverse patient base to understand their unique backgrounds and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically tailored to individual patients’ needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that target a range of mental health concerns, promoting healing, resilience, and well-being.

• Engage in collaborative care meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic treatment approaches for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and timely support during mental health emergencies, utilizing your advanced skills to stabilize and nurture well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, equipping them with knowledge about available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic practices.

• Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy, particularly regarding culturally responsive care.

You will work primarily with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including minority and immigrant populations. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
