Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities designed to promote personal growth and psychological well-being.

• Set specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients while continually monitoring their progress over the course of treatment.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients with geographical or logistical challenges.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals of various ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. You will play a vital role in helping clients discover their paths to healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when interacting with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage client load and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or private practice is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Previous experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers competitive compensation in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your caseload and relevant experience.
