Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing and maintaining rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, review stability, and plan for future appointments, including appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, continuously monitoring client progress and making adjustments as needed.

• Document client sessions meticulously by maintaining up-to-date progress notes and documentation.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and create actionable treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions consistently, utilizing therapeutic techniques to promote client growth and healing.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices are upheld.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care delivery and integrated services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling.

• Current, active, and unrestricted LMHC license.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and creating treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model that guarantees upfront payments, eliminating long waiting periods for reimbursements. Benefits include:
