Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility to adapt your workspace to suit your personal and professional needs. However, you may also have opportunities to engage in occasional in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Tampa, enhancing your connection with clients. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on the specific needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring both quality of care and client confidentiality.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights to enhance the quality of care and support provided to clients.

• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, fostering an understanding of the therapeutic process and the importance of ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of evidence-based practices and psychotherapy techniques, allowing for the effective treatment of mental health disorders.
