Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations with a dedicated treatment team, discussing patient progress and contributing to the overall treatment strategy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at We Rise, you will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve helping clients navigate their personal challenges and provide strategies that promote coping and healing. The emphasis will be on client empowerment and building resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
