Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using a combination of evidence-based practices tailored to each client's situation.

• Create individualized treatment plans that are solution-focused and goal-oriented, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other appropriate techniques.

• Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA guidelines to safeguard client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage in regular peer consultations and professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and improve treatment efficacy.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources to promote informed decision-making and self-advocacy.

• Stay abreast of advancements in the mental health sector to continually enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Your role will engage a diverse client base comprising individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches effectively tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport and trust with clients.
