Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments by utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans, ensuring each client's unique circumstances and needs are addressed.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance while documenting client progress accurately.

• Collaborate intensively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to build a cohesive support network for clients.

• Participate in regular peer review and case consultation meetings to elevate the standards of care and to collectively discuss complex cases.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, facilitating informed decision-making and support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at We Rise, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults and adolescents experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. This role is instrumental in identifying underlying issues and providing therapeutic support that enables clients to navigate their personal struggles effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado is mandatory.
