Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, employing a range of evidence-based practices to formulate customized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other governing standards.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to coordinate care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, equipping them with essential coping strategies.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments within the mental health field to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse range of patients seeking to improve their mental health. This population consists of individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
