Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique psychological, emotional, and social needs of clients, using evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive care and optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated competence in the application of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, providing personalized and effective care to clients.
