Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, affording you the flexibility to connect with clients from the comfort of your own space while still collaborating effectively with colleagues. Although your primary work will be conducted remotely, you will also have access to our outpatient office in Mesa, Arizona, as needed for in-person meetings or trainings. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM; however, some scheduling flexibility may be required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to facilitate effective mental health treatment.

• Maintain precise, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations, ensuring the utmost integrity of client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular case consultations to enhance treatment quality and improve client outcomes.

• Conduct educational sessions to empower patients and their families with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support recovery.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying current with research advancements in the mental health field, and apply this knowledge to enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from diverse backgrounds and demographics, each navigating unique life circumstances that impact their mental health. Your role as a Mental Health Counselor is to assess their specific needs, design appropriate interventions, and provide ongoing support to facilitate their healing and personal growth. By fostering an empathetic and understanding therapeutic alliance, you will help clients build the resilience required for long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Arizona.

• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy approaches, enabling you to adapt your strategies to meet the individual needs of each client.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients, families, and colleagues.
