Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to ascertain patient needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups addressing common mental health concerns, cultivating a sense of community and shared experience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can facilitate their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health treatment and continue developing your professional competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele, encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Your skills will be utilized to address a multitude of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. This involvement will ultimately facilitate not just individual healing but also promote overall community well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Oregon is necessary.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy services to a diverse client population is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for fostering client relationships.

• Strong ethical standards and sound judgment in establishing and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
