Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively collaborate with team members.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to treatment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a clinical counseling environment, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices, is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
