Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies for clients, taking into account their unique backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, families, and couples, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to devise comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring an integrated approach to client care and outcome tracking.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training, to remain adept in the latest mental health research and practice methodologies.

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds, many of whom may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.

• Diverse knowledge of therapeutic techniques and approaches, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong ethical understanding of legal standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team framework.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related digital tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
