Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and history, which will facilitate the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring each session is tailored to the client's specific needs and circumstances.

• Offer virtual therapy options to accommodate clients who prefer or require remote sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience within their care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily include individuals struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. You will work closely with diverse populations, showcasing your ability to cultivate therapeutic alliances that respect each individual’s unique background and experience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid therapist license issued by the state of Texas, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to create a safe and trusting atmosphere for clients.

• Exhibit a high level of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to assist clients in navigating their psychological challenges.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and a familiarity with remote counseling best practices.

• Prior experience working in a mental health outpatient setting is beneficial.
