Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships grounded in respect and professionalism.

• Conduct initial intake assessments and evaluate clients' mental health statuses to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Meet regularly with clients for individual sessions, ensuring clear communication about their progress, stability, and upcoming appointments.

• Document session notes and updates comprehensively in the client records, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.

• Implement, monitor, and adapt treatment plans based on the evolving needs of clients, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
