Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, demonstrating a strong ability to build rapport and foster positive working relationships based on trust and professionalism.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, review upcoming appointments, identify needs for discharge, and encourage continuous growth.

• Create, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, incorporating effective therapeutic techniques.

• Ensure accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, which are crucial for tracking outcomes and quality of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather critical background information and establish immediate support needs for each client.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions weekly, providing direct psychotherapy services and utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and ensure adherence to best practices in counseling.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a broad patient population that includes adults, children, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification, unrestricted and independent.

• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in computer usage, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring a dependable income without delay in reimbursement.
