Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and fostering strong professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, address any concerns, and discuss future appointments or discharge plans when appropriate.

• Design and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, continuously monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including comprehensive progress notes for all clients to support treatment and organizational accountability.

• Perform initial intake assessments to determine the clinical needs and appropriate treatment pathways for clients.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss cases, gain insights, and refine therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with software tools such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
