Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and understand their specific challenges.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, as well as direct feedback from clients.

• Engage in meaningful therapeutic dialogues, utilizing active listening and insightful questioning to help clients explore their feelings and concerns.

• Implement emergency intervention protocols for clients experiencing acute distress or crises.

• Facilitate activities such as mental exercises and role-playing to encourage client participation and growth.

• Provide professional guidance related to clients’ personal and emotional issues and recommend additional resources or services when necessary.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
