Work Environment\n

This is a remote position allowing for a flexible work-life balance. As a clinical team member, you'll connect with clients through telehealth appointments, while also having the option for in-person meetings at our outpatient office in Tucson. Our organization supports diverse work schedules, offering both full-time options, typically Monday to Friday, and part-time roles suited to accommodate personal needs. We prioritize no weekend work, enabling our counselors to maintain healthy boundaries and maximize personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and individualized modalities to conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Incorporate therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while employing an efficient Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying updated on the latest mental health advancements.

As an LPC at Care and Connects Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
