This position allows you to work remotely while remaining an integral part of our community health clinic’s mission. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring clear communication and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care to clients, facilitating referrals and follow-up as necessary.

• Engage in continual education and professional development workshops to remain current within the evolving landscape of mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR software and related technologies to efficiently manage client documentation.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
