Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building therapeutic rapport and fostering positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Regularly meet with clients to assess their progress, address stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals, ensuring they receive tailored support.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to keep track of client developments and ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to gather essential information and establish a strong foundation for ongoing therapy.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions each week, applying evidence-based practices tailored to the individual or family dynamic.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and continued education.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and treatment strategies to enhance client care.

• Adopt a growth mindset, embracing feedback and continuously seeking to improve skills and service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of an unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation is mandatory.

• Proficiency with technology, including the use of electronic health records, Excel spreadsheets, and various clinical software such as PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in an outpatient setting.

• Comfort and competence in completing comprehensive intake assessments.
