Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing effective therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC with Thrive & Bloom Counseling, you will work with a diverse population, including adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and mood disorders. Our aim is to provide compassionate care that addresses each individual's unique experiences and fosters resilience in their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in a mental health setting.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to various mental health issues.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect and build rapport with clients from all walks of life.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with specialized therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
