The successful candidate will earn an annual salary between USD 75,000 – 90,000 based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, assess stability, and discuss upcoming appointments or possible discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individual, person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client using electronic health record systems.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant information and determine initial treatment approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, adapting techniques and interventions to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population that may include adults, adolescents, and families. Our goal is to provide tailored therapeutic interventions that respect and address each client’s unique experiences, challenges, and cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills.

• Comfortable utilizing various technology platforms, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and Outlook, as well as specialized tools like Pimsy.

• Proven experience in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families across a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Competence in conducting intake assessments and comfortable navigating the initial client engagement process.
