Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, couples, and group therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards to ensure the integrity of client care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for every client, drawing upon diverse expertise and perspectives.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed on the latest trends, research, and best practices in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
