Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create tailored and appropriate treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions encompassing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure clients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, aligning with ethical standards and legal requirements for client confidentiality and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on serving diverse clients who may be dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship issues. Our clients represent various backgrounds and demographics, allowing for enriching interactions and therapeutic opportunities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your caseload and experience. In addition to the salary, our benefits package includes:
