Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities to engage participants actively and ensure positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care, including referrals to additional services as necessary, ensuring comprehensive treatment pathways.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and safety in all documentation.

• Staying informed on the latest mental health trends and coping strategies to provide the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of our clients come from underprivileged backgrounds and may have limited access to comprehensive mental health support. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your ability to work with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
