Key Responsibilities\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. To further support our counselors, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings options, and generous paid time off. In addition, a significant sign-on bonus is available for new Licensed Professional Counselors who join our dedicated team.
