Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at King Rail Youth & Family Clinic, you will:

• Provide comprehensive and individualized therapy tailored to meet the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records consistent with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Our counselors play a crucial role in addressing these diverse concerns, providing empathetic support, and guiding clients towards recovery and improved well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical role.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients from all walks of life.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have additional experience in:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with bonus opportunities. We also provide a SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires.
