Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to provide effective interventions.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and couples, ensuring an empathetic and supportive environment during each interaction.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, thereby contributing to a robust healthcare accountability system.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and trainings to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure the holistic treatment of clients.

Qualifications\n
