Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a remote work setting. While you will be working from your own environment, you will have access to our outpatient office infrastructure for necessary support and collaboration with team members. Our work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by providing high-quality therapeutic services in a professional and ethical manner.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel safe to share their experiences and progress.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss issues of stability, and outline future appointments and discharge plans as needed.

• Collaboratively create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on the client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes to track client outcomes and comply with legal and organizational standards.

• Stay informed on best practices and advancements in mental health care to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services cater to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our counselors play a crucial role in helping clients navigate various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, in a supportive and empathetic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing clinical services in an outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in necessary software applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to effectively document and communicate client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
