This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a comfortable and productive workspace. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for collaborative practices among counselors, enabling you to engage in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities, all conducted online. You will have access to digital resources and tools that facilitate seamless client interactions, including telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational guidelines and state licensure requirements.

• Engage with clients through compassionate dialogue and active listening to build strong therapeutic relationships.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to facilitate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Participate in professional development activities, including training and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population ranges from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. You will work closely with each individual to establish trust and rapport, creating an open environment that fosters healing and personal growth. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies and resilience through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid LPC or LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree in Counseling is preferred.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering compassionate care.

• Ability to work independently and manage scheduling to effectively meet client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2+ years of experience working in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of presenting issues.

• Credentialing with insurance providers is a significant advantage; however, Green Oak Wellness is prepared to assist with the credentialing process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits include:
