Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations for clients at the outset of treatment, assessing their mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling during moments of immediate mental health distress, ensuring clients feel heard, valued, and safe.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for clients and families, addressing mental health literacy, coping mechanisms, and holistic wellbeing strategies.

• Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and better health outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic client records that comply with ethical and legal standards, including treatment progress notes, assessments, and follow-up plans.
