Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at West Bridgeway, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and therapeutic group sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences, learn from one another, and foster community connections.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one counseling that encourages clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing personalized coping strategies and action plans for their mental health journeys.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and therapeutic preferences, aligning with evidence-based practices.
\n
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress using various assessment tools and methodologies, ensuring that treatment objectives are met effectively.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, engage in case consultations, and coordinate care to achieve the best outcomes for clients facing complex challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your counseling efforts will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. With evidence-based and holistic treatment programs offered through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts, ultimately fostering their healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as psychology, counseling, or social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
