Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address diverse client concerns.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate client care and improve outcomes through integrated treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in managing a diverse caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Community Health Network offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a generous salary package, we provide a comprehensive benefits plan, including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, and unlimited client referrals.
