Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client mental health to determine therapy needs.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions across diverse settings, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring quality care delivery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to enhance client treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with regulations and best practices.

• Stay updated on the latest research and developments within the counseling field to continually refine therapeutic techniques and practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Advance Healing Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse issues, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is essential.

• A minimum of two years of practical counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings, is mandatory.
