Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions that foster peer interaction, allowing clients to share experiences, insights, and coping strategies.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions that delve into clients' thoughts and feelings, helping them develop practical coping mechanisms and action plans to manage their mental health.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment strategies that address their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess clients' progress utilizing a variety of evaluation tools, ensuring effective treatment adjustments and improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role revolves around providing comprehensive outpatient services to young adults aged 18 to 30 engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will support individuals facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your contributions will directly influence their recovery journey, fostering resilience and hope as they work towards improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Colorado.

• Strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies, particularly in the context of young adults.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
