Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing positive working relationships and maintaining professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, address concerns, and plan for discharges when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and adjust individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and intake assessments.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive background information and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Hold individual therapy sessions weekly, integrating therapeutic techniques suited to client requirements.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to continuously improve clinical skills and professional development.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for our clients.

• Foster a growth mindset, remaining open to new ideas and methodologies to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will involve providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families seeking mental health support. The diverse clientele ranges from children to adults struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more complex behavioral issues. Your role will be vital in creating a safe, trusting environment that promotes their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using technology, including experience with electronic health records, Microsoft Excel, email communication, and specialized software like PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually. We employ a fee-for-service model that provides guaranteed rates, ensuring you receive payment in advance and eliminating delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
