Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring each plan reflects the client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive client care and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of client progress while adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice, ensuring proper documentation of treatment provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, dependent on individual qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
